Newly refurbished internally by Denis Cook, formerly of The Horns, Watford, this excellent venue is well worth a visit.
A bit further afield, as Scandal appeared at The Castle in Finchley Road, not far from Golder’s Green. This was a great night out, helped, no doubt, by the coach-load of Oddfellows regulars who made the journey. Great venue, too.
It was another great night for my second visit to The Castle, this time to see Wired, who are rapidly becoming one of my favourite live bands. (010: 29/1/2011)
